Terms & Conditions for UNICOemo Customers:
1. Please allow 1-3cm allowance from the measurements given against real product.
2. Colour of the real product may differ slightly due to different monitor settings & photo shooting lightings.
3. Goods sold are not returnable and not refundable. (We do check our items before posting/meet up.)
4. We will not be responsible for any lost mail if local normal post is chosen.
5. Full refund will only be granted under the following conditions: - Our PreOrder items are out of stock - Ordered item found to be defective before posting and no replacement available.
6. Payment is via DBS/POSB funds transfer ONLY.
Order Flow:
1. Submit your order to us by completing the order form.
2. We will reply & confirm your order within 3 working days.
3. You have 3 days to make full payment for the items you've purchased, from the date we send out the confirmation email.
4. Post out / arrange for meet up within 3 working days after payment is received(for instock items).
